[ ] Your risk for osteoporosis?
[ ] Poor digestion?
[ ] Being out of shape?

CHIP's History
CHIP is a nationally recognized lifestyle
change program launched in 1988 that now has more than 50,000 graduates
worldwide. The motivational, education-based program helps its participants
better understand how lifestyle choices related to diet, exercise,
tobacco use and attitude can directly affect their health—both
positively and negatively. Scientifically supported by results in
professional journals including the American Journal of Cardiology
and Preventive Medicine, CHIP teaches participants how to eat more
and weigh less, markedly reduce the risks of heart disease and cancer,
and normalize or reverse conditions associated with Americans' most
prevalent chronic diseases.
CHIP simply can produce amazing results.
Among the results most commonly reported by CHIP
participants are:
* Normalized blood pressure
* Lowered total cholesterol by 10-20 percent or more
* Controlled diabetes
* Weight loss
* Improved digestion
* Lessened depression
* Increased fitness
* Enhanced overall quality of life
