better health.

Are you concerned about:
[ ] Developing heart disease, diabetes or cancer?
[ ] Being overweight?
[ ] Having high blood pressure, high cholesterol or high blood sugar?
[ ] Your risk for osteoporosis?
[ ] Poor digestion?
[ ] Being out of shape?
[ ] Having low energy?
[ ] Learning healthier habits for you and your family?

If you answered "yes" to one or more of the questions above and you're ready to make a change, CHIP can help you learn how to improve your health—for life.

CHIP's History

CHIP is a nationally recognized lifestyle change program launched in 1988 that now has more than 50,000 graduates worldwide. The motivational, education-based program helps its participants better understand how lifestyle choices related to diet, exercise, tobacco use and attitude can directly affect their health—both positively and negatively. Scientifically supported by results in professional journals including the American Journal of Cardiology and Preventive Medicine, CHIP teaches participants how to eat more and weigh less, markedly reduce the risks of heart disease and cancer, and normalize or reverse conditions associated with Americans' most prevalent chronic diseases.

CHIP simply can produce amazing results.
Among the results most commonly reported by CHIP participants are:
* Normalized blood pressure
* Lowered total cholesterol by 10-20 percent or more
* Controlled diabetes
* Weight loss
* Improved digestion
* Lessened depression
* Increased fitness
* Enhanced overall quality of life

lipid profile, blood pressure, heart rate, body mass index and more, plus personalized recommendations from an exercise specialist and dietician.
