to offer items that are low in fat, cholesterol and salt, and
high in fiber. When you see the CHIP logo on the door of a local
eatery, you can feel confident you have selected a restaurant
that provides nutritious, high-quality food. “CHIP Approved”
restaurants recognize healthy eating isn’t a fad...it’s

• Low in cholesterol
• Low in fat (20% or less of calories from fat)
